Cash and wallet payment confirmation

Arrival verification does not prove that a purchase occurred. For cash, the seller enters the amount received and the buyer independently enters the amount paid; a mismatch remains unresolved. For wallet payment, the seller sends a payment request and the buyer pays from available wallet funds. If funds are insufficient, the buyer must fund the wallet first. The flow completes only after the applicable payment record is confirmed.

Appointment Hold Amounts are separate behavioral commitment holds and are not purchase payments.
