This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the No Yard Sale Terms & Conditions.
By using the Wallet or any payment-related feature of the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

Eligibility may depend upon:
- account status;
- identity verification;
- geographic location;
- payment processor availability;
- compliance with Platform policies;
- fraud prevention requirements;
- applicable law.
Prop Up Media LLC may approve, deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate Wallet access at its reasonable discretion where necessary to protect users, comply with applicable law, or maintain the integrity of the Platform.

4. Funding Your Wallet
Eligible users may add funds to their Wallet using payment methods supported by the Platform.
Supported funding methods may change over time and may include debit cards, credit cards, bank accounts, digital payment methods, or other payment options made available through approved payment processors.
Funding a Wallet authorizes Prop Up Media LLC and its Payment Processors to charge the payment method selected by the user for the amount authorized.
The current minimum or maximum funding amounts, if any, will be displayed within the Platform.
4.1 Pending Deposits
Wallet deposits may not become immediately available.
Deposits may remain pending due to:
- banking delays;
- payment processor review;
- fraud prevention measures;
- identity verification;
- technical issues;
- legal requirements;
- other operational circumstances.
Pending deposits are not considered Available Balance until successfully processed.
4.2 Failed Deposits
A Wallet funding attempt may fail for reasons including:
- insufficient funds;
- expired payment methods;
- issuer declines;
- payment processor errors;
- suspected fraud;
- identity verification requirements;
- technical interruptions.
Failed funding attempts do not create any obligation on the part of Prop Up Media LLC to complete the transaction.
5. Wallet Balances
The Platform may display one or more Wallet balances.
These may include:
Available Balance
Funds immediately available for eligible transactions.
Pending Balance
Funds awaiting processing or verification.
Appointment Hold Amounts
Funds temporarily reserved to support participation in eligible Meet Ups.
Appointment Hold Amounts remain part of your Wallet but are temporarily unavailable for withdrawal or other use until released or otherwise handled under the Show Up Guarantee Policy.
Withdrawable Balance
Funds currently eligible for withdrawal after accounting for:
- pending deposits;
- Appointment Hold Amounts;
- payment reversals;
- disputes;
- fraud investigations;
- other applicable restrictions.
Promotional Credits
From time to time, Prop Up Media LLC may issue promotional credits.
Promotional credits:
- may have expiration dates;
- may have limited redemption options;
- may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law;
- may be revoked if issued in error or obtained through fraud.
6. Payment Processing
Payments processed through the Platform are facilitated by one or more independent Payment Processors.
By using payment features, you authorize Prop Up Media LLC and its authorized Payment Processors to:
- process deposits;
- process withdrawals;
- process marketplace payments;
- verify transactions;
- conduct fraud screening;
- comply with financial regulations;
- perform activities reasonably necessary to complete payment services.
Prop Up Media LLC does not directly process payment card information unless expressly stated.
Payment Processors maintain their own privacy policies, operating rules, and terms governing payment services.
7. Marketplace Payments
Eligible marketplace transactions may be completed through the Platform using supported Wallet functionality.
Where supported:
- A seller may request payment through the Platform.
- The buyer reviews and authorizes the payment.
- The Platform processes the transaction.
- Funds are transferred to the seller's Wallet, subject to any applicable processing or review.
- The transaction is recorded within the Platform.
- The associated Listing may be marked as sold or completed.
Prop Up Media LLC does not guarantee that every requested payment will be approved or successfully completed.
Transactions may be delayed, declined, or canceled for fraud prevention, legal compliance, technical issues, insufficient funds, or other legitimate operational reasons.
8. Cash Transactions
The Platform may allow users to record that a marketplace transaction was completed using cash or another payment method outside the Platform.
Recording a Cash Transaction does not mean that Prop Up Media LLC:
- handled the payment;
- verified payment occurred;
- confirmed the amount exchanged;
- guaranteed the transaction;
- witnessed the exchange.
Users remain solely responsible for verifying receipt of payment before transferring ownership of any item or service.
The Platform records Cash Transactions solely to support marketplace functionality, transaction history, and user experience.
9. Appointment Hold Amounts
To encourage reliable participation in Meet Ups and support the Show Up Guarantee, eligible users may be required to maintain sufficient Wallet funds for an Appointment Hold Amount.
The Appointment Hold Amount is a configurable amount established by Prop Up Media LLC and displayed within the Platform before a user confirms participation in an eligible Meet Up.
By requesting or accepting an eligible Meet Up, participating users authorize the Platform to temporarily reserve the applicable Appointment Hold Amount against eligible Wallet funds.
The Appointment Hold Amount:
- is not a purchase price;
- is not a security deposit;
- is not insurance;
- is not an escrow account;
- does not transfer ownership of funds to another user until handled under the Show Up Guarantee Policy;
- remains subject to the rules described in this Policy and the Show Up Guarantee Policy.
Users may have multiple Appointment Hold Amounts active at the same time if they participate in multiple eligible Meet Ups.
Funds subject to an Appointment Hold Amount remain unavailable for withdrawal or other use until the hold is released, returned, forfeited, or otherwise resolved.
9.1 Insufficient Wallet Funds
If a user does not maintain sufficient eligible Wallet funds to satisfy the required Appointment Hold Amount, certain appointment features may be unavailable.
Prop Up Media LLC may prevent a user from:
- requesting Meet Ups;
- accepting Meet Ups;
- confirming appointments;
- participating in the Show Up Guarantee;
- accessing other Wallet-related features until sufficient eligible funds are available.
9.2 Release of Appointment Hold Amounts
Appointment Hold Amounts are released or otherwise resolved in accordance with the Show Up Guarantee Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, Appointment Hold Amounts may be:
- returned to the originating user;
- transferred in accordance with the Show Up Guarantee Policy;
- retained pending investigation;
- adjusted to correct operational errors;
- otherwise handled as described in applicable Platform policies.
10. Withdrawals
Eligible users may withdraw available Wallet funds using supported withdrawal methods.
Withdrawals are limited to the user's Withdrawable Balance.
Appointment Hold Amounts, Pending Balances, disputed amounts, promotional credits that are not redeemable for cash, and other restricted funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
10.1 Withdrawal Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, Prop Up Media LLC or its Payment Processors may require additional verification, including:
- identity verification;
- account verification;
- payment verification;
- fraud review;
- compliance review;
- documentation reasonably necessary to complete the transaction.
Failure to complete requested verification may delay or prevent withdrawals.
10.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed through third-party Payment Processors.
Processing times vary depending on:
- banking institutions;
- payment processors;
- fraud reviews;
- holidays;
- weekends;
- applicable regulations;
- technical interruptions.
Prop Up Media LLC cannot guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes.
10.3 Withdrawal Restrictions
Prop Up Media LLC reserves the right to delay, limit, suspend, or deny withdrawals when reasonably necessary to:
- investigate fraud;
- investigate payment disputes;
- comply with applicable law;
- comply with court orders;
- comply with Payment Processor requirements;
- recover amounts owed to the Company;
- protect users;
- protect Platform security.
10A. Government Holds and Legal Process
Prop Up Media LLC may delay, restrict, freeze, or release Wallet funds when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful legal process.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- court orders;
- subpoenas;
- search warrants;
- garnishments;
- tax levies;
- liens;
- governmental investigations;
- regulatory requirements;
- law enforcement requests;
- anti-money laundering obligations;
- sanctions compliance;
- other legally binding processes.
Where permitted by law, Prop Up Media LLC may notify affected users before or after taking action.
Nothing in this section limits our ability to comply with legal obligations or lawful governmental requests.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends upon the type of transaction involved.
Not all Wallet transactions are refundable.
Where applicable, refunds may be issued for:
- duplicate charges;
- verified processing errors;
- unauthorized transactions;
- transactions reversed by Payment Processors;
- other circumstances approved by Prop Up Media LLC.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on Payment Processor rules and applicable law.
11.1 Marketplace Transactions
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by the Platform, Prop Up Media LLC is not responsible for refunding payments arising from disputes between buyers and sellers.
Marketplace participants are encouraged to inspect items before completing transactions.
Refund requests relating to the quality, condition, legality, or suitability of an item or service should generally be resolved directly between participating users.
11.2 Wallet Funding Refunds
Wallet deposits are generally intended to remain available within the Wallet.
Requests to reverse or refund Wallet funding transactions may be limited by:
- Payment Processor rules;
- fraud prevention requirements;
- applicable law;
- completed use of Wallet funds.
12. Marketplace Payment Errors
Despite reasonable safeguards, operational errors may occasionally occur.
Examples include:
- duplicate payment requests;
- duplicate buyer payments;
- duplicate Wallet credits;
- interrupted transactions;
- system synchronization delays;
- payment processor timeouts;
- incorrect transaction records.
Where an operational error is identified, Prop Up Media LLC reserves the right to:
- investigate the transaction;
- temporarily suspend the affected transaction;
- reverse erroneous credits;
- correct transaction records;
- recover incorrectly distributed funds;
- request additional documentation;
- otherwise take reasonable action necessary to correct the error.
Users agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations concerning payment errors.
12A. Operational Corrections
Despite commercially reasonable safeguards, clerical, accounting, technical, processing, or software errors may occasionally affect Wallet balances, transaction records, payment history, or other financial information displayed within the Platform.
Prop Up Media LLC reserves the right to investigate and correct such errors in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
Operational corrections may include:
- correcting transaction records;
- correcting Wallet balances;
- reversing duplicate credits;
- reversing duplicate debits;
- correcting payment history;
- correcting Appointment Hold Amount calculations;
- correcting promotional credit balances;
- correcting transaction status information;
- restoring improperly deducted funds;
- recovering funds distributed due to operational error.
Where reasonably practical, affected users may be notified of significant corrections.
Nothing in this section permits Prop Up Media LLC to make arbitrary adjustments to Wallet balances. Corrections will be limited to resolving legitimate operational, accounting, clerical, or technical errors, complying with applicable law, enforcing Platform policies, or protecting the integrity of the Platform.
13. Unauthorized Transactions
Users should immediately notify Prop Up Media LLC if they believe unauthorized Wallet activity has occurred.
Reports should include sufficient information to help us investigate the transaction.
Failure to report unauthorized activity promptly may affect our ability to investigate or recover funds.
Unauthorized transaction reports may require:
- identity verification;
- fraud investigation;
- cooperation with Payment Processors;
- additional supporting documentation.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
Users agree not to improperly dispute legitimate transactions.
If a payment is reversed due to:
- a chargeback;
- bank reversal;
- Payment Processor reversal;
- returned payment;
- unauthorized funding source;
- fraudulent payment;
Prop Up Media LLC reserves the right to:
- recover reversed funds;
- deduct amounts from the Wallet;
- suspend Wallet access;
- suspend Marketplace privileges;
- delay withdrawals;
- terminate the Account;
- pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
Users remain responsible for amounts legitimately owed to Prop Up Media LLC or other users under applicable agreements.
15. Fraud Prevention
Protecting users and maintaining a trustworthy marketplace are core objectives of No Yard Sale.
To reduce fraud, Prop Up Media LLC may employ:
- automated fraud detection;
- identity verification;
- payment verification;
- behavioral analysis;
- transaction monitoring;
- location verification;
- device analysis;
- manual review;
- other commercially reasonable fraud prevention measures.
Users agree to cooperate with reasonable fraud investigations.
Failure to cooperate may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
16. Wallet Restrictions and Freezes
Prop Up Media LLC may temporarily restrict Wallet functionality when reasonably necessary to:
- investigate fraud;
- investigate suspicious transactions;
- respond to legal requests;
- comply with financial regulations;
- protect Platform security;
- protect users;
- investigate abuse of the Show Up Guarantee;
- investigate payment disputes.
Restrictions may include:
- withdrawal holds;
- funding restrictions;
- transaction limits;
- temporary Wallet suspension;
- complete Wallet freeze.
Restrictions remain in effect only as long as reasonably necessary to complete the applicable review or satisfy legal obligations.
17. Negative Wallet Balances
If a Wallet balance becomes negative due to:
- payment reversals;
- chargebacks;
- fraud;
- operational corrections;
- duplicate credits;
- other legitimate adjustments;
the user remains responsible for restoring the Wallet to a non-negative balance.
Prop Up Media LLC may:
- offset future deposits;
- recover funds from future payments;
- suspend Wallet functionality;
- restrict Marketplace access;
- pursue other lawful collection remedies.
18. Unclaimed Wallet Funds
Users are responsible for maintaining current contact information and accessing their Wallet on a reasonably regular basis.
Where Wallet funds remain unclaimed for an extended period, Prop Up Media LLC may attempt to contact the user using the contact information associated with the Account.
If funds remain unclaimed and applicable law requires, Prop Up Media LLC may report and remit those funds to the appropriate governmental authority in accordance with applicable unclaimed property (escheat) laws.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights a user may have under applicable unclaimed property laws.
18A. Dormant Accounts and Inactive Wallets
To help protect user accounts and maintain the security of the Platform, Prop Up Media LLC may identify Wallets associated with Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period of time.
For purposes of this Policy, an Account may be considered inactive if there has been no meaningful user activity for a period determined by Prop Up Media LLC, taking into account operational, security, and legal considerations.
Inactivity alone does not cause a user to lose ownership of eligible Wallet funds.
However, to protect users from unauthorized access, Prop Up Media LLC may temporarily restrict certain Wallet features associated with inactive Accounts, including:
- withdrawals;
- Wallet funding;
- payment transfers;
- other financial transactions supported by the Platform.
Before restoring full Wallet functionality, Prop Up Media LLC may require the user to complete one or more verification steps, including:
- identity verification;
- email verification;
- phone verification;
- payment verification;
- other commercially reasonable security measures.
These verification requirements are intended to protect users whose Accounts may have remained inactive for an extended period and to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or fraud.
Where reasonably practical, Prop Up Media LLC may attempt to contact the Account holder using the contact information associated with the Account before applying significant restrictions related solely to prolonged inactivity.
Nothing in this section limits Prop Up Media LLC's ability to:
- investigate suspected fraud;
- comply with applicable law;
- comply with lawful legal process;
- protect Platform security;
- enforce Platform policies.
Nothing in this section alters the treatment of abandoned or unclaimed funds under applicable unclaimed property (escheat) laws. Where such laws apply, Prop Up Media LLC will administer eligible Wallet balances in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and periodically reviewing their Accounts to help ensure continued access to Wallet services and other Platform features.
19. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for using the Wallet and payment features in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner.
By using the Wallet, you agree to:

- review Wallet activity regularly;
- promptly report unauthorized activity;
- comply with all applicable laws;
- cooperate with reasonable fraud investigations;

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are valid and authorized.
Providing false payment information or using unauthorized payment methods may result in immediate suspension or termination of Wallet privileges and Platform access.
20. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from their use of the Platform, including obligations related to:
- sales tax;
- income tax;
- self-employment tax;
- business taxes;
- use tax;
- reporting obligations;
- other applicable governmental assessments.
Prop Up Media LLC does not provide tax advice.
Users should consult qualified tax professionals regarding their individual tax obligations.
Nothing in this Policy creates tax reporting obligations for Prop Up Media LLC except where required by applicable law.

22. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payment-related services are performed, in whole or in part, by independent third-party Payment Processors.
Your use of payment services may also be subject to the terms, privacy policies, operating rules, and requirements of those providers.
Prop Up Media LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party Payment Processors, banking institutions, payment networks, or financial institutions beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have directly against a Payment Processor under its own agreements or applicable law.
