Voluntary Contribution Policy
Effective September 4, 2026
Purpose
Contributions to No Yard Sale are voluntary payments made to support the development, operation, growth, and expansion of the No Yard Sale marketplace.
No purchase, investment, or ownership
Contributions are not purchases of goods or services and do not create any ownership interest, investment interest, equity, voting rights, repayment obligation, revenue participation, or other financial interest in No Yard Sale, Prop Up Media LLC, or any affiliated entity. Contribute only with the understanding that nothing of monetary value is promised or expected in return.
No marketplace benefit
Contributions do not provide preferential access, special marketplace treatment, marketplace credibility, increased account privileges, improved search or listing ranking, promoted placement, advertising benefits, Trust Score benefits, dispute advantages, support priority, Show Up Guarantee benefits, seller or buyer verification, or any other platform advantage.
Ideas and feedback
Contributors may optionally submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback. No Yard Sale may review or consider feedback, but submission does not guarantee implementation, compensation, attribution, acknowledgment, priority, communication, or incorporation into the platform. No Yard Sale retains sole discretion over its product roadmap and business decisions.
Tax and refunds
Unless specifically stated otherwise, contributions are not charitable contributions and should not be represented as tax-deductible donations. Contributions are generally final once successfully processed except where a refund is required by applicable law or is otherwise approved by No Yard Sale.
Payment processing
Stripe securely processes contributions. No Yard Sale does not store full card numbers or security codes. Community Support is maintained separately from wallets, purchases, appointment holds, advertising, promotions, seller balances, and payouts.
