Signed-in users submit support requests in No Yard Sale and receive replies in Messages. Guests can use the Contact page and may receive replies through the support@noyardsaleapp.com Google Workspace/Gmail mailbox.

Support messages, routing metadata, case history, delivery data, and attachment metadata may be retained to resolve, secure, and audit the case. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information.
